1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

 

Processing times may be longer during:


  • Sales or promotional periods
  • Holidays
  • High–volume seasons

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another once it has shipped.

 


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Estimated delivery times:

•United States: 3–10 business days

•International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

3. Shipping Rates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

 

•Your location

•Package weight

•Shipping method

Any available free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.


4. Order Tracking

 

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned to us due to:


  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment number
  • Refusal of delivery

…the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

 


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Godly Inspirational is not responsible for:

 

•Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier

•Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments

If this happens, you may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

 

 

7. International Orders
International customers are responsible for:

 

•Customs fees

•Import taxes

•Duties 

These charges vary by country and are not included in our shipping rates.

 

 


8. Pre-Order Items

If your order contains pre-order items:


  • They will ship once all items are available
  • Estimated ship dates will be noted in the product description
